Tzori Brikner · Psychotherapist & Clinical Dietitian
Let’s set outon this journey together.
Psychodynamic psychotherapy that can also hold food, the body, and biology when another diet, another rule, or another attempt to understand has not really helped.
Book a sessionPsychotherapist.
And a dietitian.
I’m Tzori Brikner, a psychotherapist working from a psychodynamic perspective and a clinical dietitian. My work begins with the person and their inner world. My background in clinical nutrition allows the body, eating, and medical reality to remain in the room without turning them into the whole story.
Psychodynamic psychotherapy.
With nutrition in the room.
Therapy that listens to what is happening beneath the symptom: relationships, memories, recurring patterns, and experiences that may not yet have words. When food and the body are part of the story, they come into the room with us, not as a malfunction to be fixed, but as part of the person we are trying to understand.
When something asks for
a different journey.
This may be a fit if you have tried to change, understand, or control what is happening, and something important still has not moved.
- When dieting has not changed your relationship with food
- When previous therapy helped, but something central remains
- When the body and eating seem to carry a story that is difficult to tell
- When you do not need another piece of advice, but a place to go deeper
And sometimes
a tool does help.
We can try one. If it helps, good. If it does not, we can talk and see what might actually be useful.
A space to pause, regulate, and choose a committed action
An interactive tool for chain analysis, observing thoughts and feelings, clarifying values, and choosing one small practical step.
